If you follow any of the social media pages, you know that at the end of May I created a series called Questions for your Therapist (#Q4YT). My intention with these posts were to give individuals who were interested in starting therapy an idea of what to ask when they first meet their potential therapist.
I know that consultations and initial appointments can be alot. I also recognize that there are certain questions that you may need answered in order to make the best decision for your needs. These questions were just a list of things to consider based on my own professional and personal experience.
