So, I just wanted to take a moment to welcome and thank you for connecting with me in this space. I plan to blog as much as possible, but for now, I’ll say you’ll be able to see something about twice a month. My hope is to use this blog to provide some education and personal thoughts about Mental health. I’ll also use this to inform you of upcoming community events ( “In case you forgot how we act outside”) lol.
Just as an FYI, the blog is not a substitution for therapy and should not be utilized as such. I’m still human so I might quote a song here and there, or make a reference to something that fits the topic in my mind. In other words, y’all gone get this authenticity.
